(A) Plants were grown (16 h day/8 h night) and collected at ZT16. Black and white arrows indicate bolting day (as the number of days when the floral bud was first visible) of Col-0 and OxSUB1A-L5 and -L12 (21 ± 0.1 d, 28.3 ± 0.7 and 26.7 ± 1.2 days, respectively). Different letters indicate a significant difference between genotypes on the same day (P < 0.05, Student’s t test). Data were normalized to 18-day-old Col-0 value at ZT16 (6.1 mg of glucose g−1 FW). Values are means of three independent experimental replicates, each with n = 5 plants. Error bars are ±S.E.
