Expression level and enzymatic activity of Cs ACAT in adult worms incubated in lecithin. (A) mRNA levels of CsACAT in worms cultured with different concentrations of lecithin were evaluated by quantitative real-time PCR. (B) Crude proteins extracted from worms cultured in 6 mM (Lane 1), 0.6 mM (Lane 2), 0.06 mM (Lane 3) of lecithin and control group (Lane 4) were probed with rat anti-rCsACAT serum.
