[35]. The values are the average (±SE) levels of SFRP1 mRNA and miRNA-1/206 from three independent experiments normalized to GAPDH and U6, respectively. In each group, the lowest expression value was arbitrarily set to 0 by log₁₀ transformation to evaluate the relative expression levels.
