(I) Types of Biospecimens from Caucasian, African American and Hispanic/Latino Patients; (II) Equipment and Resources for Biospecimen Donation and Biobanking; (III) Personnel, Administrative Services, Procedures for Biobanking, Biospecimen Research, Data Elements and Training; (IV) Standard Operating Procedures; and (V) Outreach, Education, Biospecimen Core Committee and Financial Support.
