Age-dependent changes in simulated and observed allometrically scaled sirolimus clearance (CL). Individual clearance of sirolimus was simulated in Simcyp version 13/Release 1 with established pediatric physiologically based pharmacokinetic model using 300 virtual healthy pediatric subjects aged from after birth to 3-year-old presented as three independent age groups with 100 virtual subjects aged birth to 1 year, 1–2 years, or 2–3 years.
