(A) Myelin olidgodendrocyte glycoprotein antibodies (MOG-Abs) were detected in a range of childhood demyelination syndromes but not in aquaporin-4 (AQP4)-Ab–positive neuromyelitis optica patients (0/100) or adults with multiple sclerosis (MS) (0/100). There was no correlation between MOG-Ab titer at onset and acquired demyelinating syndrome phenotype (A) or patient age (B).
