(Lane-1) murine anti-HER2/neu monoclonal immunoglobulin (reference control); and (Lane-2) covalent epirubicin-(C₃-amide)-[anti-HER2/neu] immunochemotherapeutic. Size-separated immunoglobulin preparations laterally transferred on sheets of nitrocellulose membrane were incubated with goat anti-mouse immunoglobulin-HRPO applied as a 1° immunoglobulin. Subsequent development entailed incubation of nitrocellulose membranes with an HRPO chemiluminescent substrate to facilitate acquisition of autoradiography images.
