(A) Human uPA was incubated with FL-PAI-1 and the indicated concentration of tiplaxtinin. Solid arrow indicates full-length PAI-1; dashed arrow denotes cleaved PAI-1. (B) RASMCs were treated with tiplaxtinin or vehicle control in complete media for 24 h. PAI-1 and GAPDH (loading control) in cell lysates were identified by western blotting.
