WRS-exposed rats were initially administered with vehicle (saline), NaHS (5 mg/kg i.g.) or L-cysteine (10 mg/kg i.g.) with or without combination with capsazepine (5 mg/kg i.g.). Results are mean ±S.E.M of seven rats per each group. Significant change (p<0.05) as compared with the respective values in control group was indicated by asterisk. Cross indicates significant change (p<0.05) comparing to the values obtained in group treated with NaHS and L-cysteine without pretreatment with capsazepine.
