Soluble extracts were prepared from 1 g of ground wheat grain in 4 mL of water [31]. Arabinose (Ara), xylose (Xyl), mannose (Man), galactose (Gal), glucose (Glc), arabinoxylan (AX), arabinose:xylose molar ratio (A:X). The results were expressed in g of component in water soluble extract/100 g of whole grain.
