Effect of PKA inhibitor and PLC inhibitor on the expression of MCP-1 induced by LPS. Podocytes were pretreated with PACAP with or without 10 mM H89 (PKA inhibitor) or U-73122 (PLC inhibitor) for 1 h and then stimulated with 0.1 μg/mL LPS for 3 h.
