Notes: Monocytes from lymph nodes or spleens were incubated with DRibbles (25 μg/mL), tumor lysate (25 μg/mL), or PBS for 72 hours. Cells were stained with the indicated antibodies or isotype-matched control antibodies (gray lines). B220-positive cells were gated as B cells. MHC-II, the costimulatory molecules of CD40, CD80, and CD86 of B cells, were analyzed by flow cytometry.
