Lung and serum from mice treated with 100 mg/kg of UV-4, oseltamivir or vehicle-alone were collected on 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, or 14 days post infection and analyzed for viral load using a TCID₅₀ assay. (A) Wet lungs were weighed in grams and plotted individually. (B) Viral titers were log-transformed in GraphPad Prism and mice were plotted individually.
