Hydroethidine (HE)-loaded bovine neutrophils were incubated with 10 μM DPI for 30 min, followed by the addition of 300 μM oleic acid (OA), 100 μM linoleic acid (LA) or 10 μM GW9508 for 5 min at 37°C.
