IP production was measured in the presence of increasing concentrations of each drug as indicated. Basal IP levels determined in cells treated with serum-free culture media were subtracted out. Data are expressed as the percentage of maximal IP production achievable with each drug. In comparison with 5-HT, the intrinsic efficacies of Erg and Cab were 0.90 and 0.85, respectively.
