'Both DBs' represents sequences whose bit score when blasted against the target database (e.g., Paenibacillus) was the same as that observed when BLASTed against the 'other' database (e.g. contains no Paenibacillus genomes). 'Only Interest' denotes sequences that only hit to the target database. 'Other DB sequences' are those that hit to the other database with a better bit-score than to the target database.
