Effect of eLXA4 on LPS-induced expression of fibronectin (FN), lysyl oxidase (LOX), ICAM1, and VCAM1. (A) C57BL/6J mice were challenged with vehicle or LPS with or without eLXA4 post-treatment. (B and C) Human lung slices (B) and human pulmonary artery ECs (HPAECs) (C) were stimulated with LPS (200 nM) followed by eLXA4 post-treatment (100 nM, 5 h after LPS). After 48 hours, expression of FN, LOX, ICAM1, and VCAM1 was determined by Western blot analysis with specific antibodies.
