HEK 293 cell lines stably expressing either mutant cell line were treated with the combination of compounds having the best effect on the mutants. Compounds C3+C4 (5 μM) demonstrate the ability to significantly increase the delivery of the fully glycosylated protein to the plasma membrane, in the case of the N1303K (A and C) and S1235R (B and D) mutations. Cells were cultured for 16 hours at 37°C with or without correctors. Data are expressed as the mean ± SD of 3 independent experiments
