Fig 5 — The results showed the insignificant HSP70 expression in the gastric tissue of rat in the ulcer control group (group A). However, microscopic observation detected overexpression of HSP70 protein in the gastric tissue of rats pretreated with omeprazole at 20 mg/kg (group B) and zerumbone at 5 and 10 mg/kg (group C and D, respectively). The antigen site appears as a brown color (IHC stain: 20x), (n = 6).
