Adhering Membranes Were Folded into the Vacuolar Lumen during Vacuolar Fusion in a wA-A6 Root Tip.
Root tip of VHP1-GFP seedlings (wA-A6) was observed by CLSM. Sheet-like double-membranes (0 s; top panel) were invaginated into the vacuole and then a bulb was observed at 95 s (bottom panel).
