Human NPCs were treated with 1 μM of the proteasome inhibitor MG-132 for 4 h, the cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-β-catenin antibody, and the level of ubiquitination was measured in a Western blot using an antiubiquitin antibody. Results are also shown for human NPCs preincubated with 5 μM ACY-1215 for 6 h prior to MG-132 treatment.
