Knockdown of HSP105 decreases β-catenin accumulation. (A) 293T cells were transfected with control or HSP105 siRNA for 16 h, followed by transfection of a vector or RIPK4-Myc for 48 h. Membrane β-catenin-depleted whole-cell lysates were immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies. (B) 293T cells were transfected with control (Ctrl) or HSP105 siRNA for 72 h and were then treated with 100 ng/ml Wnt3a for the indicated times.
