As a proliferation inhibitor, rapamycin was used to inhibit the proliferation abilities of normal HSVSMCs to make the proliferation abilities changes more significant. The concentration of rapamycin used in the study were 0, 100 and 200ng/ml, and the action time of rapamycin were 48 hours.
