Normalized antibody intensities were determined for Vpr (0) (○ symbols), Vpr (low) (▼ grey symbols), and Vpr (high) (▲ black symbols) subpopulations of HIV_JRFL virions bound to cells at 37°C (See Fig. 3) using FlowJo software. Signals for 5–120 minute attachment times are derived from the same ROIs shown in Fig. 4, and signals for 120–240 minutes from ROIs in S5 Fig.
