A) Tumor growth in an established B16-OVA 10 mm2 tumor model following treatment with various conditions. Mice were implanted with 5×105 B16-OVA tumor cells subcutaneously, and the tumors were allowed to grow for 11 days to a size of about 10 mm2. As with the small tumor, the first treatment dose was then injected on both flanks subcutaneously, for a total dose of 2×1011 AuNP-OVA and 1012 AuNP-CpG, or the equivalent of at most 50 μg OVA and approximately 4.7 μgμg CpG. The dose was repeated 7 days later. B) Survival following treatment. N=5 for all conditions. *, p<0.03.
