Kill curve analysis of strain L. monocytogenes EGDe (initial inoculum, 1 × 107 cells) upon exposure to 50 μg/ml of each SPP alone and in combination with carvacrol (CA) at 195.2 μg/ml (A), thymol (THY) at 100 μg/ml (B), and trans-cinnamaldehyde (CN) 210 μg/ml (C) in BHI broth for a period of 3 h at 37°C.
