(B) Human ON 3’ UTR (cDNA bases 1018-2123) representing haplotypes A and B were cloned into pMIR-REPORT Luciferase vector. Luciferase activity was quantified in hFOB1.19 cells and normalized to β-galactosidase activity (*p<0.05 different from vector; # p<0.05 different from haplotype A, N=6).
