A The bovine CD1 locus based on the UMD3.1 assembly. The genes were named based on sequence alignment with previously published names [11, 13]. We called the newly identified CD1A gene CD1A2, and the gene that was previously named CD1A was renamed CD1A1. B Bovine CD1b and CD1a cDNA sequences were translated and aligned. The accession numbers of the sequences included in this figure are: BoCD1b3: DQ192542; BoCD1b1: EH164202; BoCD1b5 splice variant: JN033695; BoCD1b5: GU325785; BoCD1a(1): DQ192541; BoCD1a2: BC149754.
