Expression is log₂ fold-change in response to B. malayi, with genes in blue being upregulated and genes in red being downregulated. Grey means insufficient coverage to estimate expression. (A) At 12 hours post infection, almost all genes are being expressed in the same direction and with similar magnitudes. (B) At 48 hours, a subset of genes are being expressed differently in response to infection.
