Methylphenidate (MPH) exerts a relatively narrow inverted-U shaped facilitation of working memory performance (A), with maximal improvement seen following 0.5 mg/kg I.P. In contrast, MPH exerts a right shifted dose-dependent facilitation of sustained attention (A) and attentional set shifting (B).
