Inhibition of Shh signaling prevents BMSC-induced MUTZ-1 and SKM-1 cell survival. Proliferation and representative flow cytometric profile of MUTZ-1 cells cultured in the presence of control medium (CTRL) or BMSCs from normal (NBMSCs)/low-risk (L-MDS-BMSCs)/high-risk (H-MDS-BMSCs) MDS cases or high-risk MDS BMSCs with cyclopamine (Cyc) were determined by CCK8 assay (a) and Annexin V-PI assay (b).
