The maxillary processes from three independent litters of GD10.0, 10.5, 11.0, and 11.5 mouse fetuses were dissected, RNA purified, cDNAs synthesized, and then assayed for the expression of 641 miRs unique to mouse by real-time PCR. The data are presented as fold-change (increase or decrease) relative to the level expessed on GD10.0. P-values indicate the p-value for overall linear trend as determined using general linear regression modelling in the limma package.
