The relationship between relative mir-372 expression in 37 cases HCC patients and DNA methylation level in tumor tissues and corresponding normal tissues. It could be observed the DNA methylation level in tumor tissues was positive correlation with relative mir-372 expression, and DNA methylation level in normal tissues was negative correlation.
