(B) The best response was a minor reduction in gadolinium enhancement when a repeat head MRI was performed 1.5 months after initiation of treatment. (C) At the time of tumor recurrence at 13.2 months after initiation of treatment, the tumor had become diffusely infiltrative with a concomitant increase in FLAIR and diffusion signals.
