Effects of alpha particle (1 Gy) irradiation on the mRNA expression of FAS, CCL2, CCL5, CSF1, IL8, IL1B, CXCL10, FGF2, PDGFB and p21 in endothelial cells in mono- (hatched columns) or in co-culture (filled columns) configurations. Total RNA was extracted 24h after irradiation and mRNA levels were quantified by RT-qPCR. Results are presented in induction fold as means ± 1 S.D.
