U87 and LN229 GBM cells were infected with si-HOTAIR, and simultaneously transfected with either the 3′ or 5′ domains of HOTAIR. After 48 h of treatment, (A) Western blot analysis was performed on the expression of LSD1, EZH2, p16, p21, Cyclin D1, Cyclin E, H3K4Me3 and H3K27Me3; GAPDH was used as a loading control.
