According to the cell growth curve (Figure 2), proliferation rate of MSCs in OVX group was lower than that in sham group (P<0.05). On the forth day, the total cell number of normal MSCs was up to 6.75±0.31×10⁵, but osteoporosis MSCs proliferated continuously at a much slower rate during the whole culture period (7 days).
