Sgk1^–/– mice were treated i.p. with PP242 (30 mg/kg) or vehicle (n = 9 mice per treatment group), and urine was collected for 6 hours using balance cages as in Figure 1. Values for (A) urine volume, (B) net Na⁺ excretion, (C) net K⁺ excretion, (D) net Cl^– excretion, and (E) urinary Na⁺/K⁺ concentration ratio are expressed as fold change relative to the vehicle-treated group. Data represent mean ± SEM; differences were determined by unpaired Student’s t test. *P < 0.05 vs. vehicle.
