In (a), the percentage of Annexin V-positive cells was measured with Annexin V/propidium iodide staining and flow cytometry in cultures of SET2 cells that had been exposed to varying amount of plitidepsin for 48 h; cells incubated without the drug served as control. *P<0.05; **P<0.01.
