BrdU pulse-chase experiment in 16E6 HFKs transduced with overexpressed FLAG-tagged NFX1-123 wild type (FNFX1-123WT) or LXSN vector control. Cells were synchronized by density arrest, released in BrdU for one hour, then chased in BrdU-free media for the indicated times. Cells were stained with Propidium Iodide (PI) and cell cycle progression was monitored by FACS analysis. Similar results were found in least three independent HFK cell line experiments.
