For subjects with values below the lower limit of detection for each assay, an arbitrary value was assigned for calculation purposes (5 IU/dL for VWF:RCo <10 IU/dL, 0.5 IU/dL for VWF:CB3 <1 IU/dL, and 0.8 U/dL for VWF:CB4 <1.6 U/dL).
