The dc conductivity σdc at 27°C and the associated activation energy ΔE at the low- and high-temperature regions of the SPS LLT garnet nanoceramics. The activation energy values determined from the conduction E σ, the hopping frequency E H, the diffusion coefficient E D, and the electric modulus relaxation time E m are also summarized.
