The protein levels of γH2AX and p-p53ser15were decreased within 72 h in SH-SY5Y cells after wash-out of CPT. SH-SY5Y cells were treated with CPT (10 μM) for 2 h, then CPT was washed away, and cells continued to grow in media without CPT for 24 h , 48 h and 72 h. Then western blot analyses were performed.
