Thermodynamic parameters for the thermal unfolding of the T-domain determined by DSC and CD. The ΔG° values were calculated following the Gibbs–Helmholtz equation and assuming the ΔCp value of 1.44kcal/molK-1 obtained in the DSC experiment.
