PRO45 interacts with PRO11 and SmMOB3. Strains carrying GFP-tagged PRO45, HA-tagged PRO11, or FLAG-tagged MOB3, as indicated, were subjected to immunoprecipitation (IP) with anti-HA, anti-FLAG, and anti-GFP antibodies.
