Lanes labeled 5 min, 9 min, and 15 min correspond to the protein profiles of C. jejuni grown in iron-limited medium at 5, 9, and 15 min after the addition of ferrous sulfate, respectively. The lane labeled mid-log (+Fe) corresponds to the protein profile of C. jejuni grown to mid-log phase in the iron-rich medium.
