14-3-3 proteins protect Cdt2 phosphorylated at T464 from degradation. (A) 293T cells were transfected with Flag-Cdt2 containing phosphomimetic or nonphosphorylatable residues at position 464 as indicated and treated with cycloheximide (80 μg/ml) for different times.
