Physalin B induced mitochondrial ROS generation. Cells were treated for 4 h with physalin B (5 and 10 μmol/L), physalin B (10 μmol/L) with NAC (10 mmol/L), DMSO (0.1%) as negative control, H2O2 (100 μmol/L) as positive control. Level of mitochondrial ROS was detected by MitoSoxTM Red mitochondrial superoxide indicator according to the manufacturer's instructions.
