Model 1s was not adjusted.

Model 2s was adjusted for age.

Model 3s was adjusted for age, and health-related factors including smoking habit, alcohol habit, regular exercise, and body mass index(BMI).

Model 4s was adjusted for age, health-related factors, education and occupational factors including income, occupation, form of employment, and working days per week.

All hazard ratios were calculated using a Cox proportional hazards model with weight cases.
