BM-S-blasts and PB-R-blasts (A) or HL-60, NB4, THP1 and TF1 cells (B) were cultured for 24 hours in the presence or absence of benfotiamine (100 μM) and the percentages of cells in G1, S, and G2 phases were evaluated by flow cytometry. The figures indicate the means ± SD of summarized data from three independent experiments.
